📡 Information Collection and Use
The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:
- Your device's Internet Protocol address
- The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages
- The time spent on the Application
- The mobile operating system you use
🍪 Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Application or its third-party SDKs may use cookies, SDKs, pixels, and similar technologies to support functionality, analytics, or service delivery. Where required by applicable law, the Service Provider will obtain consent before using non-essential tracking technologies.
🔗 Third Party Access
The Application itself does not transmit any personally identifiable information to the Service Provider's servers — all financial data you enter is stored locally on your device only.
However, the Application integrates third-party SDKs that may independently collect certain non-personally identifiable device information (such as resettable advertising identifiers, device model, OS version, app usage statistics, and crash reports) to provide their services. These SDKs operate under their own privacy policies:
The Service Provider does not sell your data to any third party. Information may be disclosed only:
- As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process
- When necessary to protect rights, safety, or investigate fraud
🌏 International Data Transfers
The Service Provider does not transfer your personal data internationally — none is collected by the Service Provider in the first place.
Third-party SDKs integrated in the Application (Google AdMob, Firebase) may process the device-level data they collect on servers located outside your country of residence. These transfers are governed by Google's own privacy policies and data transfer mechanisms, independent of the Service Provider.
🚪 Opt-Out Rights
Since all data you enter into Ya Broke is stored locally on your device and never transmitted to the Service Provider's servers, uninstalling the Application permanently removes all your data — no server-side deletion request is necessary or possible.
To limit data collected by third-party SDKs (such as AdMob's advertising identifier), you can use your device's built-in privacy controls (e.g. "Opt out of Ads Personalization" on Android). For questions or concerns, contact the Service Provider at chonkycantcode@gmail.com.
🗂️ Data Retention
Your app data (budgets, temptations, goals) is stored solely on your device and retained for as long as the Application is installed. Uninstalling the Application permanently deletes this data — the Service Provider has no copy of it and cannot retrieve or restore it.
Third-party SDK data (device identifiers, crash reports, usage analytics) is retained by Google according to their own data retention policies. For details, refer to Google's Privacy Policy.
⚖️ Your Rights
Because the Service Provider does not store any personal data on external servers, there is no data held by the Service Provider for you to access, correct, or delete — uninstalling the Application is sufficient to remove all data associated with your use.
For data collected by third-party SDKs (Google AdMob, Firebase), you may exercise your rights directly with Google via Google's Data & Privacy settings. For any other questions, contact the Service Provider at chonkycantcode@gmail.com.
🌴 California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)
The Service Provider does not sell or share personal information as defined under the CCPA/CPRA. No personal information is collected or retained by the Service Provider on its own servers.
To the extent Google's SDK data collection is subject to CCPA, you may exercise your California rights (right to know, right to delete, right to opt out of sale) directly through Google's Privacy Policy and their associated opt-out tools. For other inquiries, contact chonkycantcode@gmail.com.
👶 Children
The Application is not intended for children under 16 years of age. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information, please contact chonkycantcode@gmail.com immediately.
🔒 Security
The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information it processes and maintains.
🚨 Data Breach Notification
If a data breach occurs affecting your personal data, the Service Provider will notify you in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
📝 Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy with a new effective date. Previous versions are available upon request.
✅ Your Consent
By using the Application, you consent to the processing of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.
